Stephanie has advised on over $1B in healthcare transactions, spanning capital raises, strategic partnerships, M&A and complex financing structures. Her work sits at the intersection of capital strategy, partnerships, and enterprise value creation — helping leadership teams make disciplined decisions when timing, structure, and positioning matter most.
Prior to founding Solstice, Stephanie worked in healthcare investment banking at Goldman Sachs and healthcare investing at Rock Health. Her experience spans both sides of the table — informing a pragmatic, execution-oriented approach trusted by executives, boards and investors alike.
Stephanie is a CFA Charterholder and earned her BA from Northwestern University and her MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
